Who we are

CelestHue Pro (“CelestHue”, “the app”) is made by Invisica Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (company number 9338286). By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.

Beta software

CelestHue Pro is in beta. It is still being built and tested, so features may change, and things may not always work as expected. The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Please keep your own backups of photos that matter to you.

Your photos stay yours

• Your photos are analysed entirely on your phone or tablet. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
• You keep all rights to your photos. We claim no ownership or licence over them.
• See our Privacy Policy for details on the limited information we do receive, such as crash reports and feedback you choose to send.

The app never deletes your photos

CelestHue Pro sorts your photos into Selections, Review and Archive. Archive only sets photos aside - it never deletes them. You can move any photo between buckets at any time, and you decide what to keep.

Fair use

You may use CelestHue Pro for your own photography work, personal or professional. Please don’t reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, and don’t copy, resell or redistribute it.

Changes and paid plans

The beta is free. Paid plans will be introduced at launch, and we’ll let you know before then. We may update these terms from time to time; when we do, we’ll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
